Founded in Jan 2026 to bring together snouts and friends across the Southeast.
It began with a shared frustration: the difficulty of simply finding out what was happening. Whether looking for local meetups or planning trips to neighboring cities, we found ourselves digging through fragmented group chats, buried Facebook posts, and word-of-mouth whispers. There was no single thread connecting our vibrant packs.
We realized the Southeast—spanning from DC to Georgia—was underserved despite its energy and numbers. We saw a need to build a home for every pup and handler, whether they live two minutes from their local bar or two hours away in a quiet town. Our goal was to ensure no one feels isolated or out of the loop simply because of where they live.

"To provide a network that is led, focused, and in service of all pups in the southeast region of the United States, specifically GA, SC, NC, VA, and DC."
As we grow, our goal is to build a larger pup network and help locals connect with one another. We aim to be a foundational group that supports, starts, or invigorates pup packs across the Southeast. We want every pup to find their local pack while feeling part of a much bigger, semi-national network.
Building a specialized network for such a large region is a massive undertaking. To ensure we succeed, we are focusing on sustainable growth through Regional Packs.
We use different platforms to serve different needs, from local chatter to regional events.
The main interface for our network. This is where you can find events, resources, and filter packs based on your specific region. It serves as the central hub for verified information.
Our regional announcements channel. Subscribe to get updates on events, gatherings, and network news across the entire Southeast in one place.
Best for specialized, local connections. Each state den has its own individualized Telegram channels, plus smaller, local channels led by pups in specific cities (like Tailwags or the Triangle Pup Pack).

Woof woof! Pup Argent lives in Carrboro, NC. Community is one of Argent's core values, and he is very passionate about bringing people together and creating inclusive spaces. After being a pup for several years and having only recently found a pack, he and the other founding members of the Southeast Snouts recognized a deep need for a larger pup community. Fueled by the desire to help all pups find a pack, he’s now working alongside his other founders to make that goal a reality. In his free time, Argent loves to cook, hike, weight lift, generally spend time outside, and spend way too much time obsessing over science.
